PRU13 - The Malaysian Election

It's been two days after the biggest and most anticipated General Election of Malaysia which took place on 05 May 2013.

Malaysians of ALL RACES have spoken, strange things have allegedly happened and results are out.

Some will be happy and some will be sad.  Alas, life goes on.  So is the quest for a Government that truly cares for the welfare of all the true citizens of Malaysia.

God bless Malaysia and all peace loving Malaysians!

Regards
Your fellow Malaysian

  2. Hi Ken, thanks for visiting this blog and am glad to hear of your interest in Genting Tiara. Firstly, I have to apologise to you as I do not exchange contacts with anyone in this blog. All communications will have to be through the blog.

    Secondly, I shall be posting more updates soon. If you noticed, it has been a long time since my last posting. Have been a busy 2013 but much has happened in Genting Tiara, for the better, of course.

    Anyway, I can brief you on the following good news since 2013 which I shall post in more details soon:-

    1) A resident committee has been formed to properly manage Genting Tiara;

    2) Genting Tiara is now using back its original name, Rainforest Sanctuary;

    3) Entry/Exit point and guardhouse have since been upgraded;

    4) Residents pay maintenance charges covering the much needed security services and access in and out of the place thru remote control; and

    5) Since the upgrade, demand has evidently increased as more bungalows are in the process of being built and good ready-built ones are being taken up.

    Well, hope all the above give you a clearer picture of Rainforest Sanctuary even before my next posting.

    Anyway, please do not hesitate to leave your comments as I shall attempt to answer any query you might have regarding this beautiful place.

  3. Hi Daniel, been going through your blog.

    I first came across rainforest sanctuary is that i visit one of my client's place. Short visit, but im really amaze of what is experience from there.

    From your blog, i assume that u have been living at Rainforest Sanctuary for almost 4 years. You are just the right person i should speak to.

    Is it possible for you to share with me which direction of the building is best to face in terms of view. Any particular unit number and facing is best? I really like a view of greeneries and from a far view and really dislike my home to be very near the forest.

    Are there any good plots of land or building being available for sale?

    Also would like to know how much is the maintenance fees now.

    I'll leave my email add so that you can revert to me. (llawrenzza@gmail.com)

    Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Thanks in advance
